      Pros

      Good work/personal life balance. Guided but not micromanaged. Lots of room to grow. Great team morale and dynamic of always willing to help.

      Cons

      Haven’t found any yet..work is hybrid 3 days in office but I enjoy the office time.

      They offer great benefits and pay

      Cons

      Managers micromanage everything. They assign way to many clients to each account manager for what they expect you to take care of. Expect to work well over 40 hours a week. The training given is inadequate.

      Exceptional support from corporate. Significant resources & plenty of content to provide prospects and keep your name & brand actively seen.

      Cons

      Initially, so much information is provided, it feels like you're drinking from a fire hose. After a few months though, with the help of some great Practice Leaders, things start to coalesce and fall into place.
