- Training is minimal and generic - Very few employees seem to know what they are doing (due to lack of training and/or experience) - Difficult to find answers/solutions, as you are constantly being passed around due to an "it's not my job" mentality - employees work in their "buckets" only - Many employees/departments overworked largely due to retention issues - even hourly employees were asked to and expected to handle things on weekends and after hours that were not urgent items - Lack of culture and ethics

Compensation and Work Load Dont Match. Buyer beware ! You will burnout if you don't communicate early on.. Selfcare is a must!
