The producers and somewhat micro-managed with benchmarks for weekly calls, appointments and closes. However, their formula works, so it's to your benefit.

Leadership was poor and unethical. There was bad communication from leaders to employee. The HR department in particular are not helpful nor do they follow employee privacy policy.
