Pros
The interviewing process was one of my best experiences. Very Professional but honest and comfortable & I was able to Virtually meet with the hiring manager, producers and teammates. They took the time to be sure the position was a good fit to benefit both the company and what I was looking for. They are a large company, which I find to be a benefit offering family/work balance and offer competitive benefits package. Although I am a new employee, I am excited to continue to build my carrier and grow with USI.
Cons
I currently to not have any to list as I have only been with the company a few weeks but am optimistic that my positive experience to date will continue.
