Pros
Great Resources and technology to do your job. It is also mentally challenging if you like that. You can expand your knowledge and offer so much to your clients.
Cons
I loved the work but the office environment was very clicky. You are expected to be available 24/7, holidays, vacations, when you are sick, at a funeral and while driving... it doesn't matter. No work life balance at all, even worse if you are not in the click.
