- you can come in with no experience and enter the 18 month career track program. - will pay for new licensees - reimbursed on any classes taken - great potential for advancing your career

Cons

- associates earn the same pay as experiences account representatives - raises may not be what is expressed in the interview process -account reps are hourly employees, not salary

Pros

I was working there during that pandemic and was able to work remote. They did a great job on making sure that all my needs were met. They made us feel like we were apart of the team even though we were going through the pandemic. Great training, great leadership, overall great place to work. Gives employee reviews often and advice.

Cons

Wish pay was a little bit better but for what I was doing, can't complain really
