USI Insurance Services reviews

I was apart of the Wells Fargo Insurance group that was acquired by USI. WFI was wonderful to work for, great leadership, autonomy, flexible work life balance, and great pay. USI is nothing close. Leadership is very secretive and cheap. All they care about is revenue but not enough employees to do the job.

No raises. Told that they "couldn't be given" but later discovered that many employees have been without raises for years. Learned later that other departments get yearly raises every July. Inappropriate work conversations, beyond jokes and laughs, could be heard by those on the phone, but manager did nothing to address the problem.
