This position is poised as an exciting "learning opportunity" but you mostly perform data entry, very easy power point/word document edits and simple customer service. In the other facet of the role, you are responsible for putting together (by hand) hard copy packets for clients that can be as large as 1800 copies, 20 pieces each, that can take entire days to put together. Management recently created a room for this in an old storage area with no windows, ventilation, or seating that you are told you must use.
Additionally, there is very high turn over, an old boys club like culture, outdated software/technology and practices. The benefits, salary, and work from home options are also not competitive for the industry. Management is inconsistent, disorganized, and out of touch.
