Unqualified management High stress, overwork/burnout employees Low pay High turnover Hostile work environment Horrible benefits (yes- worse insurance Ive ever had and I work in insurance)- It was cheaper on 2 occasions to be treated as ‘uninsured’ at the doctors office. Over complicated job processes No room for growth

Very expensive benefits (good benefits, but super expensive) Paying for parking ($82 a month to work at this location) Favoritism - among employees and among departments Drama filled employees, negative work environment (bullying, mean spirited coworkers; language, excessive cursing) Lack of structure leaving employees that do their job picking up the pieces for those who don't Limited raises Constant phone and system issues and not a very good IT department to back it up Unhelpful HR - its always someones fault or someone else's problem No jeans, ever
