Love my team, management needs improvement
Pros
I've worked at USI for 3 years and have enjoyed my job and all the people I work with. I haven't always had that experience at work, so I value it. I think USI is a great place to be, but a lot of that has to do with the excellent commercial P&C team I am on. I've never had big issues with management until some recent issues/changes, that I cannot elaborate on. Regardless, I'm still very happy at USI and won't be looking else where any time soon. If you get on a good team with a large/important book of business, you won't have issues with promotions, yearly raises and bonuses. Team structure consists of one Sales Producer, one or two Account Executives, a few Account Managers and maybe one Assistant Account Manager. This structure most of the time includes Senior AEs and Senior AMs as well.

Corporate/upper management needs serious improvement.
