      Wonderful coworkers who care about their clients Home office has some very bright leaders who are excellent communicators Compensation is excellent Employee benefit marketing tools were excellent

      Cons

      No training program...follow the EB leader Office politics....management had favorites EB Leader was very concerned about looking good for the regional president from OH Lots of turnover in the employee benefit department, producers and support team Lot of pressure for new business Current clients were leaving Not enough support staff to service current clients Expectation to work a lot of hours, no work/life balance

      * A lot good people there * Relatively flat organization * The NYC office is centrally located in Manhattan, so an easy commute from Westchester and Long Island

      *Way too political *Producers treat others poorly *Office space is horrible - including restrooms that should be reported to the health department *Input is discouraged
