      - community service - "free" day off for the entire company - STD paid by employer after 12 months of service

      Cons

      - no work from home program (wake up. this is the way of the world now) - constant changes. the insurance industry is a constantly changing environment. but your culture, structure, motivating factors and goal as an organization should not change 10 x in 13 months (that's right. 10x in 13months). - the sales program in this organization is an ABSOLUTE JOKE.

      My team is great. I genuinely love the people that i get to work with.

      Cons

      The compensation structure provides no incentive for high paid individuals to work hard, leading to poor sales. This, in turn, stunts the ability of lower compensated individuals to get raises.
