      The Seattle office is friendly and hard working. There's a good work/life balance and the finance team has a good mixture of new and long term employees

      Cons

      The sales heavily drives the business and has the largest seat at the table. Just know your long term prospects and your place.

      Pros

      I have worked for USI Affinity for a very long time. I have never been more proud as I am today with the manner in which COVID-19 pandemic is being handled. Our leaders have done an excellent job in clear and frequent communications. Mike Sicard, our CEO has had an All Employee Call every week since the beginning. Every opportunity to take care of our employees and our clients have been attended to. USI Affinity is transparent with their employees and strive to hold all of our employees accountable so that we can succeed together.

      Will gut your office and expect you to work massive amounts of overtime to fill the gap Local management is not empowered to make any decisions Training is non existent The entire company is driven by reports and no one talks to the people actually doing the work
