Excellent management with great EQ. During the COVID 19 crisis, our leadership mobilized all employees to work from home, outfitting those who needed equipment and inquiring about systems for those of us that had children home schooling as well. Leadership was AMAZING and had the USI national staff of 7,500+ employees open for business without skipping a single day. They kept our wheels turning so we could keep our clients informed every step of the way. They even provided specific risk management and information regarding the crisis that we could share with our clients. USI's response to the crisis and the care of their employees should set the bar for other companies.

Nature of work is intense... but challenging and interesting as well. Management support IS THERE when there are stressful or challenging days
