Pros
Great co-workers and growing company. They share company information with employees which always gives a comfort level of how the company is doing overall.
Cons
Micro-manged in every way. Everyone is over worked and underpaid. Benefits are horrible. There has been way too much turnover especially in the benefits department due to lack of training and guidance. They are a Corporate run company that is run lean and always watching out for the bottom line and not the best interest of their employees. Not flexible or family friendly. Was told once that work always comes before family and I was expected to take a work call at all hours.
