Pros
USI is a great place to work, there are incentives to keep you motivated, they are concerned with the well being of their employees. They have great company outings and even a Summit Award event that encourages the staff to establish relationships therefore builds morale that in turns promotes a great working environment and good teamwork capabilities.
Cons
There is a LOT of work, the workloads are very heavy. They eliminated my coworkers position, we used to split the work load. I now support 6 producers and 5 account managers.
