      There are absolutely no pros to working at this joke of a company

      Cons

      They will pretend that they care about their employees and the community with the ridiculous give back days but won’t hesitate to eliminate your position in a minute- but don’t worry - they keep the individuals who do the least amount of work possible and are not overly intelligent.

      Pros

      You have a job with benefits and some autonomy. The office is nice.

      Cons

      I was apart of the Wells Fargo Insurance group that was acquired by USI. WFI was wonderful to work for, great leadership, autonomy, flexible work life balance, and great pay. USI is nothing close. Leadership is very secretive and cheap. All they care about is revenue but not enough employees to do the job.
