      Pros

      USI is the best firm I have worked for. We have an incredible team, that always collaborates. Everyone on the team gets along and works well together. The work isn't always easy but we try to keep it fun. The leaders are advocates for their team and clients.

      I can’t think of anything.

      Cons

      Most employees will refer to it, me included, as a sweat shop as working long days is almost expected. They talk about investing in their employees but it is far from the truth. Raises are a joke (1% to 1.5%) and bonuses are at the very bottom in the industry (3 to 5%). Roles are not defined. Accounting is a nightmare. The office I worked on for USI was horrible. Very toxic environment. Favoritism is so obvious that is demoralizing and people are there for a paycheck. There is no management so it feels like a free for all place. Bad attitudes are not addressed.
