      Pros

      Some flexibility but varies by region.

      Cons

      Growth by acquisition only. NO transparency. Very little job security. Lots of broken promises.only 3% 401k match. Poor medical benefits. Need to use PTO when sick. Ongoing stealth layoffs and more to come. Extremely high turnover causing everyone to be overworked and very unhappy. Not sure what the business plan is but we are all wondering if KKR and Caisse are having buyer's remorse???

      Unlimited HR resources and internal partners, unmatched management tools and proprietary systems, top-level entry and ongoing training, modern office and work stations, tenured employees, top-level management, local and regional offices, outstanding benefits package, employee discount programs, large employer with small company feel

      Cons

      There are no negatives to working at USI you control your own destiny the sky is the limit.

      Overworked, and undervalued .They are private equity so won’t exist in 5 years. Don’t value service staff.

      Pros

      Great bonuses and 37.5 work week. Great pay structure if interested in sales.

      Cons

      Decisions seem to be made the night before and implemented the next day. Can’t stand by a commitment due to growth targets. Owned by private equity so wouldn’t be a great place for young talent unless they are sales driven.
