      Pros

      I have been with USI Consulting Group for a couple months and can confirm it’s been a great first impression. Everyone I’ve met with (virtually) has been super helpful in getting me up to speed. I am impressed with the knowledge and work ethic of the team. And there is ongoing, transparent communication from leadership, which contributes to a positive company culture.

      Cons

      There has been some impact to employees as a result of recent mergers/acquisitions. Change is hard, but inevitable and the consistent communications and positivity from leadership has helped!

      The people here care about each other, and the clients we serve. Teamwork and collaboration extends across all levels. Mike Sicard, the CEO goes out of his way to be transparent with all employees
