      Pros

      The training is top notch. They provide you the technology to work both in the office and remotely. Their proprietary OMNI system is the key to the success for any insurance producer who is looking to be successful and grow. The employee benefits is great from the the health, dental, vision insurance to many more options for coverage for the employee & their family. The growth both organic and through acquisitions has propelled USI Insurance into a major powerhouse in the insurance broker world. Best career decision was to come to USI Insurance.

      Pros

      Recently hired and due to COVID have not met but a few coworkers outside of the office. Everyone seems genuinely nice and willing to help each other out. The training is very comprehensive on agency management system, workflows and company philosophy. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits, in my opinion, are at industry standard. I would have to give the overall experience a 4.5 out of 5 stars. No complaints yet!

      Waiting for benefits for up to 60 days is a while to wait, especially if you have ongoing medical needs.
