      Pros

      Great company to onboard. Great pay. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Unspoken layoffs. Because they are so segmented into divisions / Regions., If one division / region is Not making the financial quarters.. They will lay off.. Instead of moving people into different divisions or Regions, USI will just lay them off...Regardless, if they have an opening in other Regions. There is no job security.

      Pros

      I think that it being a fortune 500 company is cool and it does allow for lots of resources, fun perks, and good company culture.

      Cons

      However, I'm definitely overworked and underpaid. I'm barely making 49k as a corporate analyst. I have the responsibilities of a salaried employee but am still hourly, even after 3 years! That should also tell you something about growth potential- little to none.

      Pros

      The base pay is decent.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized and ineffective. Technology is awful. "Centralized Marketing" is not what they say it is. Ineffective and uninterested middle management. Recruitment process is full of exaggerations, inflation, and outright lies. Commission is below industry standard.
