      Mediocre at best- no raises and no thoughts behind huge company decisions

      Pros

      There are some nice people and the hours are flexible under the right manager. Good environment to learn in because the business is very fast paced and they don't follow many set guidelines.

      Cons

      Management is unapproachable and overall unfriendly. They overpay people who do very little compared to those that do most of the work. The biggest issue is the lack of value they have for long time employees. There is no gratitude to people who go above and beyond their job description. Instead those same employees get fired or replaced with more expensive, less qualified people.

      Pros

      Management seems to have realistic expectations and the resources to achieve them. Overall, it seems to be a solid company that is no longer going nuts with acquisitions and is focused on solid, organic growth.

      Cons

      When negotiating salary, make sure you add $$$ for the crazy expensive benefits here! I wish I had. Having worked at various like-sized competitors, I was not expecting to see my monthly contributions triple - and this is AFTER the discount for participating in their healthcare engagement program! For a company that specializes in EB, I would have expected more options and less expense. I lost a lot of perks as their contribution to my personal cell phone is minimal and I lost a TON of vacation time, which is ridiculous after working 15+ years in this industry. I also miss some of the perks that probably don't cost them much, such as annual upgrade status on airlines (Delta Silver, Southwest A List Preferred). To be fair, they do have a "perks" program, but it's mostly around discounts on movie, theme parks and hotels, which my family doesn't use. Nothing here is free.

      Pros

      The coworkers are amazing, but varies from office to office

      Cons

      They completely over work you. You received over 100 emails a day, you are expected to answer everyone, answer all of the calls and make sure that you finish all of the reports for the suits. Forget about taking a lunch, there is no time for that. And work over the weekend to make sure all of your your account are renewed.
