Pros
Wonderful opportunities to advance your knowledge. The company encourages going to network events, obtaining designations and will assist you in paying for those one a reimbursement basis. Amazing volunteer opportunities, community outreach.
Cons
The training leaves something to be desired. It's very much a sink or swim type atmosphere, the resources are abundant but every office does things a little different so the training resources are very vague. I'd recommend being VERY knowledgeable before hiring, not a great opportunity for entry level or limited commercial knowledge. Overall, the company was great to work with, just wish the training had been there to set the employees up to succeed.
