      Flexible schedule, internal promotions, and good work/life balance

      Cons

      Processes are not streamlined and training can be a bit unorganized. Benefits are a bit pricey.

      Pros

      Great Leaders, great co-workers. Trading is excellent, they make sure you are comfortable doing the task before sending you off to do it alone. No sink or swim here! Great PTO starting the day you begin work and even more company paid holidays than anywhere I have worked at before. Always doing something fun for the employees. Up to date technology......I cant think of all the great things as there are so many. I can't say enough good things about USI.

      Health insurance could be better but it is also not the worst I ever had.
