      Nice holiday schedule and give back to community day

      Cons

      After acquiring agencies, told no one would be losing their job. Started at 60 people and down to 45 with another 15 or more losing jobs soon. Probably closing doors within a year. Since acquiring our agency, everyone feels stressed regarding their job and if it will still be there. Most people have long tenure with the agency - 10-40 years. Sad

      Wonderful coworkers who care about their clients Home office has some very bright leaders who are excellent communicators Compensation is excellent Employee benefit marketing tools were excellent

      No training program...follow the EB leader Office politics....management had favorites EB Leader was very concerned about looking good for the regional president from OH Lots of turnover in the employee benefit department, producers and support team Lot of pressure for new business Current clients were leaving Not enough support staff to service current clients Expectation to work a lot of hours, no work/life balance
