USI Insurance Services reviews

I truly enjoyed working at this Top Ten National Brokerage Firm. The culture is non-bureaucratic and made up of very nice, talented people. The company leaders have high expectations and are willing to pay for performance. I found them to be very generous with incentive plans and rewards payouts. The senior leadership team works hard and does not ask you to do anything they are not willing to do themselves. During my time we did a number of acquisitions and the acquired employees were treated very fair with equal or higher benefits. The company supports community involvement through volunteerism.
