      Loaded with resources and very highly invested in industry leading technology. Great C- level support from every region in the country.

      Cons

      Only con might be that it's a big company and that may not be a fit for everyone. However, ever region and office feels like a regional firm.

      Pros

      18 days PTO, Corporate environment, 401k fully vested after 5 year mark,health insurance. Rapid growth in company with many offices across the US.

      Cons

      Overworked with unrealistic deadlines. Supervisors have bad attitudes and never get reprimanded. No to minimal training. Work load is not evenly disbursed. Usi is steadily acquiring new companies and acquisitions are thrown at you with no additional help. You either sink or swim. No raises!!
