      nice location, friendly co-workers, nice Christmas parties

      Cons

      below market compensation getting calls on weekend 'to complete work' or ' to get a report done' working late hrs not enough training, expectations are such that you have to figure out things on your own. multiple reorgs and lay offs zero advancement opportunities HEAVY workload, let me say it again - HEAVY WORK LOAD
