Pros

They offer a good work/life balance. Big focus on community giving and volunteering. Great group of people to work with. The employees tend to have a strong understanding of the industry and are available to help answer questions.

Cons

Limited growth opportunity, pay isn’t very competitive with the industry. Not a large focus on employee development.

Pros

* Quarterly company update meetings * Good location in downtown Seattle * Pay is slightly above average * Founder of company still works here

Cons

Pros

Kibble has fair compensation and, depending on the department, lots of opportunities. Their benefits are a little bit lower than average for Seattle but they have changed them several times with the USI merger.

Cons

Each department is different. Some have very high turnover, some very little.
