Pros
Great atmosphere, learning opportunities are open to anyone willing to learn. Company "perks" are great: transportation/parking paid for, quarterly company updates/parties. Communication throughout the company is clear from the top down. People are really friendly and there is a great sense of community among co-workers. They do a lot for the community, are involved in many charities, and clients are really happy with their service levels.
Cons
My position was only an internship where there was no position for me to continue.
