Technology system is so out of date and the 'analysis' portion of the work shouldn't be called analytics, it should be renamed to data entry, because that's really the extent of the work. The entire workforce could be replaced by a simple app, most of the older co workers are pretty tech/number illiterate, you learn very little skills in this job that are transferable to other jobs.

Everything else. Way too much favortism shown from managers across the board. Management has their favorite employees and works to promote them within the company, even bending rules that they applied to others. Company keeps acquiring new businesses and closing their accounting offices, but does not hire within the accounting center to accomodate the increased workload. No raises given ever. No work/life balance. Major micro-managing. High employee turnover.
