      Too many cooks in the kitchen

      Salary is on par with competitors Centrally located for some people Benefits package is top notch

      Cons

      Salary is on par with competitors but the work load is twice as much Churn and burn- turnover is extremely high Management has no idea how the lay person does their job and they depend on the advice of the old guard who have no technical expertise when making decisions that affect new systems, processes etc which means nothing will ever change.
