Tons of overtime, company vehicle, cell, and computer. Can take vehicle home with you. You work outdoors and out of the office.

Cons

No real advancement opportunities. Winter layoffs, they have unreal expectations on workload. Benefits are not very good. They work you unreal amount of hours in the summer.
