Pros

Pretty good benefits, good pay, management is consistent and safety-oriented. Not too physically demanding, but you get to work outside and by yourself, for the most part, no boss breathing down your neck.

Cons

Long hours, esp. during the summer. Expect to work at least 50/week during digging season. Stress is a factor, too, since each locator is responsible for X amount of tickets per day.
