-Upper management (above local supervisor) is pretty much clueless
-Some DMs are great and have a great thing going, and others are unorganized.
-Don't get injured while at work. No matter what, you'll get blamed and get "thrown under the bus"
-Improper workload management/balancing
-Health insurance has three plans, the two cheaper plans are still expensive and don't cover much
-Company relies heavily on "conference calls" to communicate with employees (complete waste of time that could be better spent)
-Company truck is constantly watched with GPS (they monitor EVERYTHING you do, speed, sudden decelerations, etc. (Constant questioning from management)
-Outdated/slow computers
-Very little "teamwork in the field crews. One/two locators has to help others, but those rarely get any help from others.
-Ineffective/unfair scheduling of or allowing the use of Paid Time Off
-No incentive for being on mandatory "on call", other than actual time spent going to a callout.
-Constant push from management to increase your production, but they claim safety and quality come first. When safety gets in the way of them making money, safety goes out the door.
