      Pros

      USM is mostly into IT staffing and recruitment domain. So, it is a best platform for people who wants to build their professional career in staffing industry. I’m working here as US IT recruiter and it is very cool job and the company provide good incentives and allowances to employees. I’ve observed that the company gives highest priority to skills. So, irrespective of fresher or senior, your skills will be hired and prioritized. Being a junior-level recruiter, the company has given me a great opportunity to learn and work. I recommend USM.

      Pros

      I have been here for three years as a software developer. I haven’t seen any sad stories yet. People here are very cooperative, communicative, and encouraging. Everyone on my team has a unique set of technical stuff and our team collaboration is excellent. The opportunities to learn and explore your technical skills here are infinite. It’s a good platform for software developers. I honestly believe you will be working with the awe-inspiring team and reach new levels as you want. I also found that: • Pay is good • Flexible working hours • Work-life balance is amazing • Motivating leads and managers

      No cons so far. I’m sure working at USM can be amazing for a few people and it might be stressful for a few other people. Depending on the role they are designated with, the responsibilities they are handling currently, and the targets & deadlines the management has been set for them, people who worked or working at USM might give reviews and rate the company’s culture and working environment. It’s common in any company. If you feel tough to handle your responsibilities, then you cannot explore well in your professional career at USM or any other company. So, you can confidently jumpstart to work at USM with a zeal.
