      Pros

      Pros • Good working experience • Pay and hikes are good • Good communication between colleagues, leads, and managers • Bonus over our performance is the best thing where I give five stars for this organization

      Cons

      Deadlines are traumatic, but I’m okay with it as such targets increase our dedication levels and improve productivity. So, I don’t want to add it as a downside of USM.

      I am the IT Recruiter, The working environment in USM is very friendly, All my Team members, Mangers are very supportive, they give a very positive Encourage towards the work, We can learn many new things here, this is the right company for the one who is looking to grow in your career and gain the knowledge.

      I haven't find any negative thing in the USM, the only reason is , it is too far from my home
