      Peaceful environment More opportunities to learn. USM Business Systems is a good company where the work culture is excellent. They are providing unique opportunities in every aspect. The management is employee friendly. I didn’t feel any pressure from higher authorities during the submission of my work. It is an excellent place to learn new technologies for freshers. Basic amenities and infrastructure is very good.

      No, cons for freshers as you will be learning more. It can be any department, marketing, development or recruitment.

      Cons

      No proper communication between teams. Shouldn't use your break for more than an hour. If you use it you will end up getting half your salary for a certain day. Controlled by one lady dragon. Doesn't treat employees in such a manner where the employees want to stay. Even the CEO listens to the Dragon. Doesn't give incentives. Simply say in two words Worst Management.
