A lot of them. In efficient management. They dont care about the employees or their concerns. Greedy for money. The incentive policy is pathetic and in that they will try to eat away the incentive money of the employees. Cheap people. There is lady and she is the major reason for the downfall of the company. It is like a coconut given to a monkey. Hire and fire policy for silly reasons. Advise people not to join USM.
