Pros

Not much needs to be said, but you get to be outside all day rafting... how can you beat that, and you get paid to do it! Plus you can do all other outdoor activities for free.

Cons

Not really many cons. Not somewhere you can work forever unfortunately, because of pay, but it is almost worth it for the environment you get to be in
