Have good work life balance (don't know about other accounts/departments) Plenty of resources for learning Lot of departments or accounts are there. Trivandrum campus is a great place to work lounge Cultural activities, and other extra curricular activities and functions

Cons

I hope there is a scope for Career growth, but I didn't figure it out yet. You have to be competitive, vigile and assertive for that.

Pay you well when hiring.

Cons

They will fire since they are not able to place you in a project. If you don't have a project while joining please don't join. They will easily ask you to leave with silly reasons. No human considerations at all.
