Great working atmosphere, open door policy, enough opportunities are also present for those willing to try. Senior Managers are willing to listen to your concerns. Good work life balance and freedom, albeit may vary project to project

Cons

Growth in the company is quite centred on your relationship with your manager. A few processes around that would help remove favoritism or other unfair dependencies. Room for improvement in terms of perks etc.
