There are lots of growth opportunities, Onsites, challenging projects, good corporate work culture

Cons

There are people doing no work but reaching high ranks and salaries only bcos of buttering and politics. I have seen many. Girls with good looks and "perfect" corporate behavior will reach top heights needing no technical or management knowhow. Works entirely on showoff, buttering and politics. If you dont play politics you remain on the bottom and sometimes may get chucked out.
