      Shady management

      Pros

      They seem to have some big US companies as their clients.

      Cons

      They seem to be a sweat shop trying to pretend to be something else. The management is shady - to the point where you do not even know if they will pay you! They have some strange payroll arrangements with middle-men who will basically make you run around before they pay you. The experience of every single person on our team (we all got paid through different middlemen) -was the same.

      Pros

      You can make a good career and has all the opportunities to grow, if you are lucky enough to land in a good project.

      Cons

      The pay from this company is too low compared to others in the market. The company is too profit eyed. If you are a lateral entrant, the initial pay may be good. The promotion process is full of flaws. Follow up is the name of the game when comes to the matters related to employee benefits (compensation, promotion etc)

      Get some good and learning onsite opportunites Get good exposure to clients work environmnent and get to know different work cultures Company replies promptly when some one resigns.

      Cons

      While recruiting management promise a lot of things but dont fulfill them Low Salary No Salary Hike Promotes Keralites Managers prefer people from their state. No clear policies HR is not supportive, not communicative Managers dont support the growth of team members No Career guidance, no career growth if not keralite
