I’ve found my compensation to be competitive within the industry, and my manager has been consistently supportive and approachable. It’s also exciting to be part of a fast-growing, privately held company where there are plenty of opportunities to learn and contribute.

      - No performance review - Too many departments that are outsourced that do not respond to inquiries - Too many corporate modules and required training and that wastes company resources. Need an answer for something? Good luck finding it.
