      Pros

      Hardly anything worth writing about... But if one is in the good books of certain people, this is probably the best company to work for. You can survive for yrs just by BS-ing. You can get free money for doing nothing. Heck, you don't even have to prove yourself whether you're good at your job... Even though compensation is not great, the health benefits are decent

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Nobody knows how some people get preferred over others. Pay disparity between favored and the "not-so-favored" has reached epic proportions. In fact, there are people who continue to survive and even get promoted despite trying to sabotage deals, losing millions of dollars in business and talking disparagingly about colleagues in racist overtones

      Pros

      The only good thing working here was the coffee.

      Cons

      Terrible place to work. Hard to understand management as they are from India with heavy accents. Everything is divided. You have to go through 10 different people to get one request accomplished. They offered people positions with a certain salary expectation then go back on their word. No employee moral. No support from Management.

      Pros

      Flexibility in time in some accounts/projects. Sajan Pillai(CEO) and Manu Gopinath (Global HR) is good. But the team under them is spoiling the company.

      Cons

      Worst management. They will threaten you implementing unusual policies. Favourism will win on justice. Poor salary. Appraisal also just a procedure to give good compensation to preplanned list of people. HR BSE is the worst team there. They wont respond to you. They are just for taking actions and blaming and threatening. I started working in the company almost soon when it start. It was employee friendly and had good management.Now It is just in memories only.
