Company provides informative training to freshers to understand the process and technicalities in software industry. Work life balance is good. Good infrastructure. Company has reputed clients and big number of projects so there are less chances of getting into the talent pool/bench.

Cons

Dress Code: Formal Most of the off-shore development centre are in South India. Pay scale: Below average There is too much politics in project allocation. Poor HR process management.

Work place like home. Strong bond between employees makes all to stay for long even with less pay. flexible working env. Have awesome techies(compared to most other services companies) who can do great things.

Cons

Process for the name sake of process. HR handles the processes without an idea of what is happening in ground in delivery side. don't expect any support from those groups (or from any HR like group which is formed to help main working people). People management has to be improved a lot.
