Pros

For fresher they give good training but for few guys they will directly map them to project(support , testing). Good working environment , not much work pressure . Manager , HR everyone is friendly .

Cons

If someone is from north India then they will have lots of difficulties due to language . Not much job security if you are on bench they give 2 months of time to find new account.
