      Pros

      Big office facility, good initial pay, maybe good place for freshers/10+years experienced people who wants to sit in comfort zone & work monotonously.

      Cons

      I was in Anthem ACMP project. - Very old project with old tech. - 14-hours work daily in US timings. No night-shift allowance for ACMP project. No respect for Indian timing/work-life balance. - No proper Agile process - messy & poor work management. - Bad test framework. - Interviewed me for automation role, but after joining it was 90% manual, 10% automation. - No proper planned KT/trainings/support - you need to figure out everything yourself. - Work switches between multiple applications. No consistency. - No rewards/recognition - No time to participate in any extra activities/learning due to hectic work. - Lot of attrition in this project - they hire people by giving high pay, but work culture is so poor, no growth, crazy messy work. - Difficult to convince managers & switch project - lots of formalities with no guarantee of favourable result or better project. Its easier to resign & search in another company.
